First Auction June 2nd
North Shields will soon welcome its only auction house!
Our first auction will be on the 2nd of June 2025. We offer multiple viewing days before the auction, where you can place absentee bids or attend in person to bid live. Seating and standing space will be available, with a limited number of telephone bidding lines (max. 3). Seats can be reserved for those who have placed at least one bid on the books prior to auction day, while remaining spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking is available opposite the auction house for 40 cars.
Low Fees for Buyers and Sellers
Sellers pay just 20% and £2 per lots. Buyers rate is 15%. No VAT charges.
Auction Fees
The selling rate is 20% + £2 per lot fee, and the buyer's rate is a 15% flat rate. We will be VAT-exempt for at least 12 months.
