Our very first Auction was on the June 2nd
North Shields has now welcomed its only auction house!
Our first auction was on the 2nd of June 2025. We offered multiple viewing days before the auction, folks placed absentee bids and attended in person to bid live. Seating and standing space was available, for 50 people and we were full.. Seats were reserved for those who intended bid prior to auction day, while the remaining spaces were available on a first-come, first-served basis. Over all it was great success and a great atmosphere exceeding all expectation so folks we are here to stay see you!

Parking is available opposite the auction house for 40 cars.
Low Fees for Buyers and Sellers
Sellers pay just 20% and £2 per lots. Buyers rate is 15%. No VAT charges.
Auction Fees
The selling rate is 20% + £2 per lot fee, and the buyer's rate is a 15% flat rate. We will be VAT-exempt for at least 12 months.
