Lot 451: Royal Staffordshire 'Spring Enchantment' Limited Edition Figurine, No. 12/1250

A limited edition fine bone china figurine titled ‘Spring Enchantment’ by Royal Staffordshire, issued by Compton & Woodhouse. This lot comprises four items: the main figurine, its Certificate of Authenticity, a separately packaged accessory component, and the original presentation box. The figurine depicts a lady in a pink and white 19th-century style gown, standing on an arched bridge base. The base is decorated with applied pink roses and green foliage, incorporating two urns filled with roses. The figure holds a gilt-tipped cane or parasol handle and a basket of flowers. The piece is hand-painted. The underside of the base is marked "Royal Staffordshire Fine Bone China" and inscribed ‘Spring Enchantment.’ It is identified as number 12 of a limited edition of 1250, sculpted by Peter Holland, designed by Suzy Cooper (per COA), and copyrighted 2010 by Compton & Woodhouse (CW 913). The separately packaged component is a round white porcelain element with pink patterning, intended as the parasol canopy. The presentation box bears the "CW" logo.
