Lot 154: A Collection of Decorative Art Glass Paperweights and Accessory Glass Dish

A collection of various art glass paperweights and a small fluted dish. The assortment features a large clear glass sphere with a dense pattern of controlled bubbles (bullicante), supported on a three-legged gold-coloured metal stand. Also included is a blue-tinted spherical paperweight with an all-over bubbled pattern. Floral lampwork items comprise a cobalt blue spherical weight with a white flower and an ovoid weight with a blue base containing a white bloom. Internal swirl designs include a clear sphere with a bright yellow spiral, a sphere with a brown and white twist above a gold-coloured aventurine base, and a clear sphere with a blue and white textured cone form. The collection is rounded out by a small clear sphere with large internal bubbles and a teardrop-shaped weight with blue and gold-coloured foil inclusions. A small clear glass dish with a scalloped rim is also present. Some bases show indistinct markings, but no definitive maker attributions can be made.
