A trio of Wood Brothers clear glass apothecary shop round bottles. Each jar is of cylindrical form with rounded shoulders and a ground glass neck fitted with a rectangular tab-top ground glass stopper. The bottles feature recessed enameled labels with black serif-style lettering within a border of two red lines and a thick gilded outer band. The labels are transcribed as NAPHTHA RECT:, AQUA CHLOROF:, and ACID: ACET:FORT:. The base of each bottle is embossed with the letter W within a rectangular border, identifying the manufacturer as Wood Brothers Glass Company of Barnsley.
