Lot 212: An Assortment of Copper and Brass Decorative Metalware

An assortment of decorative copper and brass metalware. The group includes a spun copper tea kettle with a domed lid, gooseneck spout, and a black turned wooden handle on brass brackets. Also present is a pedestal coal scuttle jug featuring a brass bail handle with a blue and white transfer-decorated ceramic grip, attached via lion-mask mounts. The collection contains two Turkish-style coffee pots, one with a turned wooden handle and one with a hammered finish and brass handle. Drinking vessels include a tankard engraved Nellie, a barrel-shaped mug with a tinned interior, and a small hammered mug.
