Lot 271: A Collection of Six Nao by Lladro Porcelain Figurines of Young Girls

A collection of six glazed porcelain figurines manufactured in Spain by Nao, a brand of the Lladro group. The figures depict young girls in various pastoral and domestic scenes, including a girl leaning on a stone wall with a puppy at the base, a girl with a wide hat holding blue and white flowers, a kneeling girl with plaited hair cradling a grey and white puppy, a girl in a white hooded shawl holding a bundle, a girl with curly hair wearing a blue skirt, and a girl in a sunhat accompanied by a small dog. The figurines are finished in characteristic soft pastel glazes. The undersides of the bases are marked with the printed Nao sailboat logo, Hand Made in Spain by Lladro, and copyright DAISA 1977.
