Lot 412: A Collection of Vintage Die-cast Toy Vehicles by Dinky, Corgi, and Others

A collection of vintage die-cast metal toy vehicles including commercial, military, and passenger models from manufacturers including Dinky Toys and Corgi Toys. The group features a Dinky Toys 621 3 Ton Army Wagon in olive green and a Dinky Toys utility truck in dark blue, the latter containing two original hand-painted plastic figures in blue uniforms and marked for Meccano Ltd to the base. Included are articulated tankers including a Corgi Major Mackeson model and a large Esso tanker. Other vehicles comprise a Corgi Triumph TR7 rally car with racing number 5, a red Berger Paints double-decker bus, a yellow and red Hong Kong style Public Light Bus, a green Range Rover, and a green refuse truck. The models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic windows, interior details, and tyres.
