Lot 6: An Art Deco Yellow Metal and White Metal diamond solitaire ring

An Art Deco style diamond solitaire ring. The central round brilliant-cut diamond is held in a four-prong white metal illusion setting. The ring features stepped, geometric shoulders, each inset with a small accent stone, leading to a plain yellow metal shank. Marks are present to the interior of the shank but are worn and illegible. The design is typical of mid-20th-century manufacture where 18ct gold and platinum were commonly employed.
