Lot 564: A Collection of Assorted Plastic Toy Soldiers and Historical Figures
A large group of plastic toy soldiers and historical figures, presented as a bulk lot. The collection includes a wide variety of static figures depicting different military eras and themes. Among the monochrome plastic types are olive green, dark grey, tan, and red soldiers, including figures in World War II-style combat poses with rifles and equipment. Historical and fantasy elements are represented by purple figures, possibly depicting knights or medieval characters, and cavalry units with horses.
A selection of figures features hand-painted decoration, including Napoleonic-style soldiers in blue and yellow uniforms with red detailing. The figures are constructed from various coloured plastics and include both circular and oval integral bases. A relief mark reading CHINA is visible on the underside of several green figure bases. The items are loose and housed in multiple clear plastic zip-lock bags.
