Lot 100: A Collection of Sterling Silver Circa 12g and Mixed Metal Jewellery including Celtic and Religious Motifs

A collection of silver and mixed metal jewellery items. The group includes a fine trace link chain necklace featuring a spring ring clasp and a jump ring with an impressed mark reading 925. Suspended from the chain is an openwork Celtic-style knotwork cross pendant. A wide silver-toned band ring is included, decorated with an interlaced Celtic knot pattern in an openwork design; the interior of the shank is struck with an impressed mark reading 925. The collection further contains a bypass ring designed with a feathered leaf motif, finished in a gold tone and pavé-set with numerous small colorless stones. Also present is a coin ring, featuring a British sixpence coin with the profile of King George VI and the partial inscription GEORGIVS VI D: G: BR: OMN: REX, soldered to a plain silver-toned band. Completing the set is a shield-shaped religious medal cast with the figure of a saint holding a cross and a lily, with a ribbon banner at the base reading SAINT TERESA.
