The lower section features brown linear geometric motifs on a buff ground. The base bears a brown printed backstamp consisting of a crown above the text MYOTT.SON & CO, MADE IN ENGLAND, HAND PAINTED, and the pattern number 8.679. A secondary red stamp reads MADE IN ENGLAND, and there is a small hand-painted brown character mark.

The base bears a brown printed backstamp with a crown and the text MYOTT.SON & CO, ENGLAND., HAND PAINTED. It also features the hand-painted pattern number H8387 and a hand-painted numeral 6.
