Lot 44: Norwegian Gilt Sterling Silver and Guilloché Enamel Floral Link Bracelet

A Norwegian silver-gilt link bracelet featuring alternating rectangular and shield-shaped panels decorated with white guilloché enamel. The rectangular links are hand-painted with various floral sprays, including a pink rose, blue forget-me-nots, and a yellow and blue pansy, all set against a sunburst-engraved ground. The smaller shield links are finished in plain white enamel. The metal consists of sterling silver with a yellow-gold wash. The piece is secured by a box tab clasp. The tongue of the clasp bears a circular punch containing the letter H, positioned next to vertically arranged characters reading 925S. Small green oxidation spots are visible around some of the connecting jump rings.
