Lot 578: An original by Frank McFadden Born 1972 Surrealist Contemporary Portrait 40x49cm

A contemporary surrealist portrait. This origimal drawing depicts a stylized profile of a man with an elongated head incorporating architectural, window-like recesses and a single green detail. The face is rendered with heavy hatching and high contrast against a textured red background. The work is signed in the lower right corner in white and pink. It is presented within a white mat and a dark, wood-effect frame with a striated texture behind glass ready to hang.
