A collection of Pendelfin hand-painted glazed earthenware figurines and village buildings. The set features two structures: a market stall with a red and white striped awning displaying crates of fruit and vegetables, and a two-storey cottage with a chimney and shuttered windows. The character figures include Father Rabbit wearing a yellow patterned waistcoat and black jacket, a rabbit in a blue sunhat carrying a basket of fish, a rabbit in a green dress holding a document, a rabbit seated at a craftsman’s bench, a rabbit in a fruit-filled wheelbarrow, and a rabbit sleeping on a tasseled cushion. Included is a log raft accessory carrying a barrel and a sack. The base of the market stall is incised Made in England.
