A collection of nine glazed ceramic figurines by Alfasur Ceramica, Spain. The set consists of five butterflies of various sizes, three dragonflies, and one rooster. Each piece is finished with vibrant hand-painted folk-art decoration in multi-coloured glazes, featuring dot work and scrolling motifs. The insect figurines are complete with wire antennae. The rooster is modelled with a prominent red comb and floral heart motifs. The underside of the items features a circular backstamp for Alfasur Ceramica, Spain, Hand Painted, around a central logo of a flame and ceramic vessels.
