Lot 280: Terence Conran for Habitat Maclamp No. 8 Industrial Desk Lamp
A Maclamp No. 8 desk lamp designed by Terence Conran for Habitat. The industrial task lamp features a red painted metal two-part articulated arm on a circular weighted white metal base. It has a bell-shaped white painted metal shade with a series of ventilation holes around the top neck. A black circular label to the lower arm reads HI-AMP No. 8 MADE IN ENGLAND. The lamp is wired with a black flex, an inline rocker switch, and a modern white 3-pin plug.
