Lot 37: A 9 carat yellow gold five-stone garnet ring circa 1.34g gross

A 9 carat yellow gold ring featuring five graduated round-cut garnets. The stones are of a deep red colour and are secured in individual claw settings atop an ornate openwork gallery with carved scroll-work details. The shank is of plain D-section design. The interior of the shank is impressed with a series of marks including the characters 375, a symbol of an anchor, and the initials LS within a rectangular cartouche  9ct circa 1.34g gross SIZE N.
