Lot 498: Thinkway Toys Star Wars C-3PO and R2-D2 Electronic Talking Action Bank

A Thinkway Toys Star Wars electronic talking action bank produced in 1995. The item features molded plastic figures of C-3PO in a gold-toned finish and R2-D2 with a silver and blue-toned dome, mounted on a black plastic base. R2-D2 is positioned within a recessed track on the top surface. The base includes a circular activation button and a coin slot located behind the R2-D2 figure. The front of the base is decorated with the Star Wars logo within an oval border. The underside of the base is embossed with the following text: PAT. PENDING THINKWAY TOYS, TM & © 1995 LUCASFILM LTD. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED., THINKWAY TOYS MADE IN CHINA. A battery compartment is located on the underside.
