Lot 549: Bill Low, Abstract Pierced Sculpture, Mixed Media 37cm tall

An abstract modernist sculpture by Bill Low. The composition comprises two vertical, slightly tapered slabs set at a right angle, each featuring a single circular pierced void. A small horizontal shelf connects the two vertical elements. The piece is mounted on a thick rectangular plinth block which is supported by four thin, tapered rod-like legs. The sculpture is finished with a heavily textured mottled green and grey patina. The underside of the plinth bears the hand-written signature BILL LOW in black capital letters.
