Lot 579: A Collection of Model Vehicles, Numismatics, Silverware, and Fashion Watches

A collection of various items including a boxed model bus, a loose military vehicle, numismatic sets, fashion watches, and decorative figurines. The bus is finished in silver paint and is housed in a card and plastic window box printed with Dinky Die Cast Toys, Routemaster Bus, 289, and Meccano Ltd. The olive drab die-cast military truck is an AEC Matador Artillery Tractor featuring a six-wheel configuration. A stooped waiter or butler figurine is hand-painted in black, white, and grey, accompanied by a patinated metal mouse figurine on a circular base. Numismatic items include a Royal Mint souvenir folder for Britain’s First Decimal Coins, a plastic sleeve of 1953 Coronation year coinage, and a 1938 penny in a clear plastic pendant. A silver teaspoon features four impressed marks to the reverse: a rectangular cartouche with the letters W.J.D, an anchor symbol, a walking lion, and a lowercase w.
