Lot 633: A Royal Navy Five Oceans Compass Watch by The Bradford Exchange

A commemorative wristwatch produced for The Bradford Exchange featuring a circular silver-tone metal case with four function pushers, a crown, and T-bar lugs. The watch has a white textured dial with black Roman numeral hour markers, an inner 24-hour track, and luminescent-filled hands. A date window is positioned at 3 o’clock. The fixed bezel is engraved with compass degree markings and the names of the five major oceans. The dial is printed at the 12 o’clock position with a logo consisting of the White Ensign flag above the words ROYAL NAVY. The bezel is engraved with lettering reading ARCTIC OCEAN, INDIAN OCEAN, SOUTHERN OCEAN, PACIFIC OCEAN, and ATLANTIC OCEAN. The watch is fitted to a black leather strap with white contrast stitching and a silver-tone buckle.
