Lot 692: Brass decorative armillary sphere in the steampunk style on a wooden tripod stand

A contemporary decorative armillary sphere replica in the steampunk and nautical style. The instrument is fashioned from a brass-toned metal alloy and dark-stained wood. The sphere comprises four plain concentric rings that rotate manually on a vertical axis around a solid central globe. The rings are without astronomical engravings or degree markings.
