Lot 726: A mid-20th-century ribbed green uranium glass bowl with a scalloped rim

A mid-20th-century uranium glass bowl of shallow, flared form. The piece is constructed from transparent light green glass which displays a bright green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. The exterior is decorated with wide vertical ribs extending from the base towards the rim. The rim is finished with a scalloped, ruffled edge. The interior base of the bowl features a moulded central sunburst pattern consisting of multiple radiating rays from a circular centre. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the body or base of the item.
