Lot 122: Steven Brown Hingin Oot Signed Giclee Print on Canvas 101x101cm

A large-format giclee print on canvas after an original work by Steven Brown, titled Hingin Oot. The contemporary figurative composition depicts six stylized female figures standing in a row against a vibrant, multi-coloured background of vertical drips and washes in primary and secondary tones. Each subject is rendered with bold black outlines and faceless orange or white patches, with elongated lower bodies that taper and merge into the energetic drips at the base of the canvas. The piece is signed Steven Brown in the lower right corner (photo 2) in a thick, white impasto paint. This work is a gallery-wrapped giclee on a deep wooden stretcher and is presented unframed.
