Lot 503: A Nachtmann five-light lead crystal candelabrum

A five-light lead crystal candelabrum featuring a modern architectural design. The piece is constructed with a square pedestal base supporting a faceted, waisted stem. From the stem, four square-section arms curve outward in a U-shape, each terminating in a square candle nozzle. A fifth nozzle is positioned at the centre on an elevated vertical column. The crystal is transparent and exhibits high light refraction. A gold-coloured rectangular adhesive label is attached to one side of the base, featuring a red crown symbol above the text Seit 1834, followed by Nachtmann in large red serif characters. Below this, the label reads BLEIKRISTALL 24% in black sans-serif capitals, with Germany printed in red at the bottom.
