Lot 682: Three graduated vintage Indian brass tiffin boxes

A trio of graduated vintage Indian brass tiffin boxes or dabbas, comprising a four-tier set, a three-tier set, and a smaller two-tier set. Each cylindrical container is constructed from heavy-gauge brass and held within an external carrying frame. The two larger examples feature broad vertical brass straps secured by copper rivets, with the lid of each set topped by a small integral lidded condiment cup and a turned brass handle. The smallest set is held by a simple wire-frame carrier with a squared metal handle. One base is marked with an impressed circular stamp containing a central stylised H or R within concentric circles, with the surrounding text reading RATILAL & DADAR. Another base features a raised letter S within an embossed rectangular frame.
