The Victory Medal depicts a winged figure of Victory, marked with the designer initials W.McM for William McMillan. The medals are mounted with their respective original ribbons. The assembly is housed in a glazed shadow-box frame with a gilt-finished decorative moulding and a textured grey mount. The mount is inscribed below the medals in gold-coloured ink with the signature William Fenwick.
