Lot 424: A Composite Column Style Table Lamp with Leopard Print Shade and Beaded Fringe

A decorative table lamp featuring a column base cast in dark brown resin or composite material. The pedestal is designed with a gadrooned lower section above a square plinth, the latter decorated with recessed rectangular panels and foliate borders. The upper portion of the base includes a flared cup decorated with gilt-accented acanthus leaf motifs. The lamp is fitted with a tapered rectangular fabric shade featuring a printed leopard pattern and a white fabric lining. The lower edge of the shade is finished with a fringe of clear and amber-coloured teardrop beads suspended from gold-toned wire loops. The electrical fitting includes a gold-coloured flex, an inline brown plastic rocker switch, and a white UK three-pin plug. No maker marks or labels are visible on the base or shade.
