Lot 626: An Assortment of Vintage and Contemporary Costume Jewellery

A large collection of costume jewellery featuring a variety of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and brooches. The group includes several statement necklaces: one featuring large turquoise-coloured composite stones with a substantial oval pendant in a silver-tone beaded frame; a multi-strand green cord necklace with a large green enamelled metal flower slider set with clear rhinestones; and a necklace of large oval white beads with turquoise and black swirl patterns. Also present is an amber-type cabochon pendant set in an ornate openwork teardrop silver-tone frame, and a circular art glass pendant with swirls of pink, blue, and white on a black cord.

The bracelets comprise a multi-stone beaded example with amethyst, quartz, and sodalite, alongside two faceted glass stretch bracelets in green and orange tones. Brooches and pendants include three gold-tone mounts with large oval cabochons in green, black, and reflective silver-tone finishes, plus a green stone shamrock brooch. Ear jewellery includes twisted silver-tone drop earrings, leaf-shaped studs, and dark metal floral studs. The lot is rounded out by various silver-tone and base metal chains, including one with a clear faceted drop, and strands of red and multi-coloured beads.
