Lot 65: Sterling Silver Mesh Coin Purse London circa 40g

A sterling silver mesh coin purse of hinged, semi-circular form. The body is constructed from fine interlocking chainmail rings and terminates at the lower edge with four spherical baubles. The frame features a curved, polished finish and is secured by a twin spherical kissing clasp, suspended from an oval paperclip link chain. The interior of the frame is stamped with a set of marks including the maker initials LCBCo in a rectangular cartouche & hallmarks.
