Lot 102: Tony Bennett (Benedetto), 16-Colour Lithograph 79x66cm

A 16-colour lithograph  by Tony Bennett (Anthony Benedetto, 1926-2023). The abstract composition, created in 1993, features two vertical rectangular forms in yellow and orange with stippled edges set against a solid black background. This work is numbered 184 from a limited edition of 300 and was printed by Atelier Ettinger Inc., New York. The print is housed in a wide black and gilt ornate frame, notable for a large sculptural foliate and scrolled plume ornament to the left vertical edge.
