Lot 153: A Collection of Six Seton Pottery Martell Cognac Grand National Commemorative Water Jugs

A collection of six Seton Pottery commemorative water jugs for the Grand National horse race. Each ceramic jug is designed in a rectangular form with a deep cobalt blue glaze and gilt highlights on the rims, handles, and spouts. The front of each piece features a photographic transfer of a specific winner or event: Mr. Frisk (1990), Seagram (1991), Party Politics (1992), Race Void (1993), Lord Gyllene (1997), and Earth Summit (1998).
