Lot 478: A Collection of Vintage Whistles, Lighters, Figurines, and a Novelty Storage Box

A mixed collection of utility and decorative items. The lot includes a wooden storage box finished in a textured brown leather-effect material, featuring a large metal relief of a double-barrel percussion pistol on the lid, an exterior leather strap with ammunition loops, and a red fabric-lined interior. Included is a group of painted figurines depicting jazz musicians. The assortment of whistles contains examples marked THE HOME SCOUT MADE IN ENGLAND, THE ACME REGD ENGLAND, THE ACME THUNDERER MADE IN ENGLAND, and CHAMPION CHINA. The lighters comprise a silver-toned Zippo marked BRADFORD, PA. III, a silver-toned DUREX lighter, and an ornate gold-toned lighter with filigree work and inset red stones.
