Lot 504: A hand-blown glass egg-shaped paperweight with internal maroon and white swirls 18cm
A hand-blown clear-cased glass paperweight fashioned in an egg shape, resting upon an integral flared circular clear glass base. The interior contains a decorative core of maroon, purple, and white glass arranged in organic swirls, accompanied by a scattering of small controlled air bubbles suspended within the clear glass casing. The underside of the base features a ground and polished concave circular pontil mark at the centre. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are present on the object.
