A thirty-two piece hand painted cast resin chess set produced by SAC featuring characters from the Robin Hood legend. The set comprises two opposing sides with distinct character models. The green-based side features Robin Hood as king, Maid Marian as queen, two friars as bishops, two knights with longbows, two tree trunk rooks, and eight archer pawns. The opposing red-based side includes a king in mail, a veiled queen, two clerics as bishops, two mounted knights, two castle tower rooks, and eight guards as pawns. The set is accompanied by a square folding board with a printed wood grain finish and its original silver coloured presentation box. The box lid is printed with a red stylized logo reading SAC above the text HAND CRAFTED CHESS PIECES in red block letters. The interior contains a brown flocked storage tray.
