Lot 706: A collection of four decorative art glass objects

A collection of four decorative art glass items comprising three paperweights and a small dish. One egg-shaped blown glass paperweight features a deep purple base infused with gold-coloured aventurine flakes, containing an internal arrangement of a black disc, a clear glass ring, and a stylized white figure with red accents. A small rectangular adhesive label is affixed to the lower side of the purple glass; the characters on this label are not legible (photo 4). A second egg-shaped blown glass paperweight is composed of turquoise blue glass with a regular pattern of controlled bubbles over a clear glass base containing a green and white floral inclusion. A third blown glass paperweight is spherical with a dense cobalt blue base and large controlled bubbles in the clear glass section. The collection also includes a circular pressed glass dish with a scalloped edge and a red border framing a central transfer-printed image of a floral still life.
