Lot 646: A West German mottled brown glazed ceramic vase 40cm tall

A West German art pottery vase of cylindrical form with a flared rim and stepped collar. The ceramic body features a relief decoration of undulating vertical lines interspersed with concentric oval motifs, finished in a glossy mottled brown and amber glaze. The interior is coated in a dark brown glaze. The base has an unglazed foot ring and bears impressed marks that are heavily obscured by the thick glaze; while characters are present, they are not legible as a name or specific model number.
